6.7. Treatment and delivery of the order.
Shipments are only made to destinations where the transport service provides us and do not conflict with other destinations where Picsil or its distributors work exclusively. The estimated delivery time will depend on the location of the client, this time being always informed through the picsilsport website. The order will leave the warehouse within 24 hours of its completion, or the first business day following the order. The products are delivered in secure packaging. If external damage is detected in the product's packaging, the customer must detail this fact on the receipt signed by the carrier and immediately contact our Customer Service line through www.picsilsport.com or through the number 1-877 -974-2745. A proof of delivery without any damage report is equivalent to a product with the packaging in perfect condition. Likewise, if damage to the product is detected once the package is opened, the packaging being in perfect condition, the customer has 24 hours from receipt to contact our Customer Service line through www.picsilsport.com. If you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, you will be left with a notice of passage which will include the telephone number that you can contact to make a new delivery attempt. After 3 business days from the first attempt without the customer having agreed on a new delivery date, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
